Deep Learning-Based Beamforming Optimization for 5G

Developed a Feedforward Neural Network (FFNN) model using simulated CSI data from MATLAB’s 5G Toolbox to optimize beam-user mapping. Achieved a 25% increase in spectral efficiency, 2.3 dB SNR gain per user, and reduced misclassification to 7.1%.
